This is my local and I go here all the time. Previous to COVID it was 5 stars. Everything within the facility is spot on. It’s clean easy to access and technology is really impressive. This issue is with the bag drop. Now you have to go round the corner and wait in a stinky alley for on average 10-15 minutes. There’s a door bell you ring for someone to come and usually requires 5 presses before someone who you’ve inconvenienced opens the door and then goes back inside to pick up the bag tag they need. Today was slightly faster but previously it’s been a lot longer than mentioned earlier.

East to use self service. Somewhere to wash your hands would be nice. It’s also smart to choose the times you go and not go with the hoards during rush hour. Waiting in the stinky building is not fun.

I love it! The only thing I would say is go during a quiet time as it is very very busy. I would also love for there to be a handwashing area and maybe the floor to be cleaned a little more often - the smell of Kombucha is overpowering. Other than that, very good, efficent, and easy to use. You can walk in and do everything on your own easily. I am super greatful that I found this place, very good, I love the self serve nature of it!

Please put out signs on the road to communicate the approximate wait time and if there are machines out of order - all six glass machines were out of order for 20 minutes this morning. When trying to find out the wait time, very busy staff unable to respond.

Clean premises, friendly staff, and they now have even bins for the unwanted stuff, so you don't need to take them back home.I also noticed that the machine is less grumpy lately, accepting most of my squished PET bottles.

Great place for recycling, easy to use but we didn't know about keeping glass separated for another machine so remember to sort before you get there. They also provide trolleys which makes it even easier easier.
