Mick's Car Detailing

Had my 2004 Ford Courier into Mick’s yesterday for a exterior and interior detail could not be happier a flawless job which did much more than I expected. Would highly recommend this business great sevice and great job. Thanks to Mick’s.

In all honesty, the service here is worse than I could have imagined it being. I took my car here for a cut and polish and to have the interior detailed.On the positive side, they did a good job with the interior of the vehicle. But the exterior was a different story.I have a black car however they didn't use a black pigmented polish, so every scratch, dent and defect is now much easier to see with white edging around each mark. To the extent that my front bumper looks like it's covered in sparkles when lit up at night. They also damaged the trim along the bottom of my side window with the polishing machine. There are circular marks all along it where the buffer rubbed on it, only a small amount at the front isn’t affected as the buffer couldn't fit behind the mirror.There were also several paint chips I asked them to cover over, I provided paint for them to use. Not only did they not do anything to the chips, but I also didn't get my paint back.And lastly, I had a badge that had fallen off the rear of my car. They told me they could reattach it, but no such effort was made.I collected my car from them at dusk, when I couldn't see these problems. Words could not describe how upset I was when I started seeing these problems over the next few days. And when I went back to complain I was told there was nothing they could do because I paid in cash and had no receipt.So, not only am I left having paid for all that wasn't done, but I'm also out of pocket with the expenses of replacing the trim on an uncommon, 20 year old car (Cheapest I've been able to find is 80 USD for the part, not including shipping or installation) . I've never had such horrible service from anyone doing anything to my car. I recommend to anyone that loves their vehicle, do not let what happened to mine happen to yours too.I will be uploading pictures of the various damages in the next few days.

So happy with the job the guys did on our Subaru. The interior is spotless, looks and feels like new after the shampoo, amazed at what they did with a very dusty vehicle!

Bought a brand new BT-50 and the dealer ceramic" paint protection was worthless. Cars finish looked terrible. Took it to mick’s to have it corrected and re coated. Car looks better than it did in the showroom. Wish I had got them to do it in the first place."

Got a last minute job squeezed in by the team, quick turn around time and the car has come back in amazing condition highly recommended.

Picked up my Winnebago today and I was pleasantly by the standard of work he demonstrated with his work. My van is now appearing like brand new, which is not bad for a 1992 van. He has showed he takes pride in work. Thank you and your staff. Geoff
