Sensei Adrian Delia and his other Black Belt instructors offer a brilliant program for kids from 5 years upwards. My 2 Son's are excited to attend every week. They are getting a good uplift in confidence and respect while learning self defence and increasing fitness and coordination. They offer an introductory offer for $35 which includes the uniform and 2 trial lessons. Highly recommended.

One of the best Goju-Ryu Clubs in the Area, and the Chief Instructor (Sensei Adrian Delia) is such a friendly person whilst being very technical with the curriculum.Having known the Chief Instructor for 15 Years, I can say the quality of instruction is one of the best from Goju-Ryu Schools in Australia.
