Outstanding service supplying a new cartridge & O-ring for our leaking KWC Sink mixer, which I thought was history. Customer service team totally backed their product (despite mixer being 12yrs old) & sent me replacement parts free of charge. As good as new again. Quality product & quality service. Totally recommend. Thanks so much guys.

I had a faulty shower head on my kitchen tap. It took some time for them to respond. However once they responded, it was great service. Very pleasant to deal with and very prompt in sending the part. It would be great if I could have picked the part from their site. Due to Covid that option was not available.

Very poor after sale service: I have an oven on which the door seal needs replacement. They don't sell it so my oven is basically not good anymore.

Extremely disappointed I can’t get spare parts for a10 year old Franke oven!I paid the extra back then to buy what I was lead to believe was a quality product that would last for years…. Nope, 10 years in and I can’t get a simple spare part for it!

Amazing service.Logged a warranty request for a leaking kitchen tap. The plumber arrived the following day to repair the tap. Justifies why we spent the money on a Franke kitchen sink/combo. Both Kelley and Louisa were great.

What AMAZING/ EXCEPTIONAL service I have just received from Louisa at PR Kitchen and Washroom Systems. She went out of her way to help me get my Whispair Rangehood repaired and organised correct parts. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I had decided after researching induction cooktops that Franke looked the sleekest and appeared to be the most innovative on the market. Just to be sure though I called a friend of mine Jason Milazzi who works in spare parts at Franke. He answered all my questions and guided me in the direction of the mythos range. He was right. It is all i thought and more. Jason told me I could call the customer care team anytime if i had any other questions. Renovating ones kitchen is not easy but because of the quality of the mythos induction cooktops. It will be Franke all the way for me. Thank you Jason.
