Another delightful shopping experience today. My “personal” shopper was Deb and she did a grand job. Unfortunately I was looking for dresses and because it’s the end of season they were low on stock/sizes. Never the less Deb worked really hard and on this occasion I left empty handed, but intend calling again in a few months when perhaps their summer stock might be in.So thank you Deb for doing a sterling job today.Look forward to seeing you soon.

Three stars for BB, because while I’ve ordered and am happy with some of the garments (different original supplier) one tee-shirt from another range was delivered with a faulty neck, see pics attached. This should not have been sent at all (quality is shoddy, for AUD $49.95, very expensive but pure cotton) and when I went to buy another there was no stock left. Lift your game for quality control, and allow customers to return within a month rather than three weeks.ETA: I know what a raw edging looks like and the photos show that’s not it. Also, I bought two other colours in the same style and the necks are *fine*. So it is a quality control issue and it should not have been sent out. It’s faulty and was clearly the last left because now the item is sold out. If you check my account you’ll see how much money I’ve spent at your store in the last little while, so your response is pretty poor.However I’m very happy with the other items I’ve bought, in the crinkle cotton. Different manufacturer and quality is fine. So I give 5 ⭐️ for that range, and delivery is very rapid.

The item (white cotton slip skirt) received is exactly as described and pictured. Pricing of garment was great. Sizing was spot on. Payment options were fantastic. The delivery was super fast at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend this company.

I was curious to visit at their new location. It appeared as if there had been an event as some women were drinking champagne. The car park and shop space were quite full. Normally I can find a number of items I would happily buy. The class and diversity of the clothing was disappointing and all the stock needed steaming.

Fantastic customer service! I’ve shopped online many times with them and if ever there’s a problem, they’re only too willing to help. Fast shipping and reasonably priced clothing. Love them!!!

The website is easy to use and the fact that there are accurate measurements for each individual garment….(yep, you heard right) is so refreshing to see.What a brilliant business model.
