Sharks - Promised to work on price but wouldn't help over phone, wouldn't tell me if the product was available in store in the size but stated they definitely had the product. If they didn't would definitely have it in by Friday. Had to beg work to get down there as it was for someone who was very sick and this was my only opportunity1/. Didn't have the ring2/. Couldn't get the ring in3/. Couldn't budge on the price - when i discussed the item she didn't even know about the ring. She clearly wasn't listening on the call.There is no customer serviceThere is no after sales support as they only provide one size to which you then have to pay for resizing which they don't tell youThey are operating this branch like a shonky used car dealership from the 90s.I am not knocking prouds but stay away from this branch in particular.

Rude. I’ve been in this store 3 times today, kept coming back because they were too busy to serve everyone. Woman just walked straight up to me and told me to leave the store without a mask. Not politely, and did not ask if I was exempt. So I turned around to leave, making my way back to the door and the older woman brought me a mask to which I said no and continued making my way out of the store, then she yells from the other end of the counter “so get out of the store then”. If this woman can not be polite, calm and respectful, she should not be serving customers, on Christmas Eve of all days. I called the store, for the person who answered to make all sorts of excuses for this woman’s poor behaviour. I will be following this up.

Like more recent reviews I have to say the service at prouds Cranbourne was appalling. Brought a christening gift here went to exchange it two days after purchase as had the same gift as another guest. Was told we could not exchange as item had already been exchanged even though it hadn’t! Complete Madness as the Receipt matched the item I was exchanging. Left the store after being surrounded advising could not assist as already had one exchange tried to palm me off to head office. Had to get on the phone yo store, finally spoke to someone willing to try and resolve who worked out after an hour it was a potential computer error who could confirm item had not been exchanged and I could bring back again. Made second trip down to exchange to get someone who could not smile / apologise or barely string two words together or attempt a conversation. In this competitive world of retail they might want to think about how they are treating customers as I won’t be returning ever.

One of the busiest and efficient store. The staff here are very friendly, eager to help you with the choices you can get in purchasing the selection of jewellery, offer some great deals, important tips to care for the jewellery and some happy chats, all the time. Clean, tidy and keeps up with the hygiene, especially when Covid-19 hit us. I enjoy the sale in this shop. Highly recommend to shop here ☆☆☆☆☆.

Fabulous experience: Marina and Bree were so wonderful, helpful and welcoming - I went in for one piece and came out with three! I highly recommend this store - beautiful jewellery and kindly staff ... thank you.

Terrible customer service from the moment of stepping into the store. Was ignored by staff and I and my teenage son were the only customers in store. One worker asked what I was after, after telling her specifically that I was after a specific chain she pointed to a wall then went off to fumble around with a display cabinet. The other visible worker kept her eyes down and vacuuming knowing full well we were waiting to see the chains along the wall to purchase. After standing there and continually looking at both workers for a good 10minutes , the fumbling cabinet worker asks if we were ready. What in the hell??!! I politely asked to see the specific chains up close only to notice the worker looking impatient. I quickly picked a chain and paid for it. Walked out the store and noticed 2 other customers had walked in and were being treated well by both workers. Won't be coming back to the store after their rudeness. Prouds, get some decent workers in your store.

Bought a watch from this place , the customer service sucks! The lady was behaving as if she’s doing me a favor by showing me watches. With each watch I was trying she would moan.

I had a great experience in store, the lady who served me was very helpful, she understood what I was looking for and was spot on with her selection.

So lovely buying a beautiful set of pearl earrings and necklace tonight. Adriana was so lovely and patient even when I asked to see pretty much the whole store. Thank you so much for helping me purchase this special gift.

The lady yesterday seems to be inexperienced and unaware of what they have but i can tell she is trying her very best.Then a second young girl was very nice. She knew what she's selling. Bought few earrings, bracelets and necklaces. One of my bracelet broke and i took it back, they helped me repair it on the spot without any fuss. Bought something again today. Happy with my overall experience.
