I have been doing Christy’s online program since it first started more than a year ago. I love my DAILYFUEL workout because I connect with Christie (an excellent professional trainer) and like minded individuals through zoom at 8am daily. No matter where I am (5 minutes from home or 500 kilometres from home) I can do my exercises and finish with a sense of purpose for the day. I always finish in a good mood!! Thank you Christie :-)

Christy Simitzis is one of a kind. Our sessions are so much fun that it's easy to forget how good she is at training people, especially an older bloke like me. She will always find a way of bypassing an uncooperative joint and keep you exercising - won't cut you much slack while staying within safe limits. I've worked out with personal trainers for some 20 years and I still learn something new every time. Christy is just the best - and the most fun.

I really enjoy training with Christy as she is friendly, patient and provides succinct instructions. Christy is also flexible and happy to offer her personal training services at a time and date that is convenient for me (having a full-time job with two children can be unpredictable!). I definitely recommend Christy’s support and look forward to seeing her twice a week.
