Busy Bees Wellard

Don`t trust their direct deposit system been a month to sort out but still they did nothing and whatever they said triple check and make them finish it in front of you. They seems OK with children but they chasing money.

Busy bees staff are so warm and welcoming every morning when it’s drop off time witch makes it a lot easier to say goodbye to my baby’s, they go above and beyond to make my kids enjoy there time at daycare.They always have different activities to strengthen the kids skills and ability’s my son is always coming home showing me what he has learned during his day.

Wonderful staff and they truly care and look after your child whilst in their care! Wish I took my child there sooner!

I walked past this centre on Monday and a male what looked to be a carer there yelled at screaming baby who was clearly in distress “ENOUGHHH” I heard it clear as day! If that was my baby I would be taking them out ASAP!! If you don’t have patience and love for children, DONT WORK IN CHILDCARE!!!

Fabulous daycare with a wonderful team of Educators. The centre is clean, the curriculum is quality accredited and most importantly the children are always happy! Our child loves it here and has been attending for almost a year. The food provided is carefully considered, prepared and we feel satisfied that our child gets a healthy and varied diet. Their daily journal system is excellent and helps parents to feel at ease with a direct link into what is happening throughout the day. We love this centre and would happily recommend to our friends and family.

My daughter really loves it here. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are modern and new.

Positives:Our son loved his educators and they showed a much appreciated genuine affection for him.We enjoyed the posts and communication about his activities.It was a very clean and modern centre with great play for the kids.They valued outdoor play which was very important to us.He flourished in his confidence to try new things as nurtured by the educators.Negatives:DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH DIRECT DEPOSIT. I had repeated occurances of errors by staff with regrds to my account. From changing my payment amounts deducted without my permission to deducting additional payments from my account after cancellation had been confirmed, once again with zero communication or permission.Payments were changed once our CCR ran out without our permission and for the incorrect amount.Communication is shocking at this centre. I cannot count the number of times I sent emails that went unanswered and phone calls that went unreturned. Admin make promises to people that they do not keep (aka they’ll call you back this afternoon and never receive a call - on numerous occasions.Whilst the care of my son was very good in my opinion, the management of my family’s involvement with the daycare was so poorly managed by this team, that I would not recommend this daycare to anyone (which is a shame for the great educators in the rooms). The day to day running of accounts with this company is unacceptable and down right unprofessional. There needs to be a greater respect for the fact that you are dealing with peoples budgets and a little bit of communication goes a long way.

My daughter has been attending since she was a infant, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Maragon Wellard. Despite numerous changes and evolutions, and transitioning between age rooms, the level of care from the staff has always been excellent. Thank you!

We love Busy Bees Wellard - their staff love the kids so much, and we truly feel like we're putting our girl in great hands.

Wellard busy bee centre have had such great change of management and staffing. They have been so open with communication and cautious with health alerts, the chefs cooking is amazing! My child has transitioned to school and from the Wellard busy bees early school prep work she has had such positive feedback from her school teacher on her performance, I really would like to credit her performance from her daycare carers!
