Chemist Warehouse Gosford

Worst chemist experience we’ve had. Made us wait 1 hour just to get told the prescription medicine that we’re after is out of stock. Did not even apologise for the inconvenience. The dispensary needs a lot of improvement in the system. Also please consider that most patients waiting are sick and I am heavily pregnant - at least have some heart and be personable

Lucky to receive a single star with the complete neglect for customers time. Waiting over a hour for prescription when the shop is completely empty due to the pharmacist wanting to talk about her party plans. Have tried and tried and given so many chances but the place is a complete joke and needs an overhaul or upskill in time management and respect.

Possibly the worst experience in a pharmacy ever. Waited 45 minutes despite being told 10-15. Literally one person sitting there waiting on my arrival. Customer service staff spent half the time I was there apologizing for the slow Pharmacists on duty. Despite telling them I had a post operative Dental surgery patient in the car Zero urgency was shown " Two people who came in after me were served and left before despite waiting ridiculous times for scripts. Another young lady who had Ice packs on her face having had the same surgery as my son waited around 35 minutes. A customer who had prepaid and was there just to pick up a script waited 25 minutes despite it being pre-dispensed and sitting on a shelf. 3 people walked out due to the time waiting. Pharmacists I acknowledge with experience in working with them have a difficult job at times but the prioritization of the customer in front of you waiting is paramount to good service . These two on duty on the evening of 24/2/23 were awful to be kind !"

I did the click and collect very easy,they have various products available in store.

As a retail staff member it was OK but not good. Extremely low pay and no real way to move upwards.Men and women have different uniforms and in the middle of winter I asked about getting a work jacket, turns out women get provided with a work jacket but men have to buy their own black jacket which you can't claim on tax because it's not specifically a work item. It's discrimination.I got on really well with most of the staff but a couple of the supervisors were extremely unpleasant, wouldn't even say good morning to you and overly bossy.Even though they have a written refund policy, it is literally dependent on the mood of the staff member.

The staff named Charles, black guy, has always been somewhat arrogant. I kinda felt like he behaves as if he got some authority representing the whole pharmacists when he is hust a staff. Felt this before, but today he said my prescription is expired so I cannot get my medication.I got a little surprised at how unexpected this was, so I asked him how long it could be valid, and how many repeats left, etc. Then he said hold on" "you got few more days sorry" very casually. It was till the end of June

I can’t say what I really think because it is offensive language & not acceptable for public viewing. Don’t go here!

Very rude senior" cashier at top end of store. Always very rude and nasty manners. I use the store regularly and this "older" cashier hates customers. Today again she asked "have you checked in" I said yes I have and was told to prove to her I had. She said show me your phone. When I complained she is the only employee to want proof. She got very snappy and said no I'm not we all ask for proof. Is it Chemist Warehouse policy to infer their customers are liars. She is the rudest service person at Gosford store and should not be in a customer service position"

Typical chemist warehouse. Had my flu vaccination and was surprisingly a quick process. This is at odds with prescription dispensing which takes forever. Make sure to grab a book or something to keep you occupied for 20 minutes. On the plus side the store hours are good and open on some public holidays

Rude staff. Pharmacist very antagonistic. Arrogant. I only use this pharmacy as a last resort. Even then I way up the options. Horrible attitudes towards each other & customers. Cheap retail = cheap service.
