Update - three weeks later and still no response. Disheartening to see another customer complained and the owner made contact and the customer was offered a full refund!I was so excited to try the ladies arms (znood) as I had seen so many reviews and feedback that products were amazing from Baklava Direct. It arrived on time and fresh and looked and smelled amazing! However once we began eating it we realised very quickly it was raw pastry and undercooked. The filo pastry tasted like the filo you would get from a packet and eat directly. Very disappointed as we paid $168 for this and threw most of it out as we could not eat it. Sent an email with feedback and three days later no response. Would not recommend nor buy from them again.

Baklava Direct is the best sweet take-away in Sydney. I have tried many other shops but nothing compares to the quality of their baklava and other sweets. The prices are also unbeatable in comparison to its competitors.

They forgot to deliver the desserts for an event I was hosting. Really unprofessional approach, such a shame! They also haven’t been responding to my emails??? I don’t understand how this business operates.I ordered and paid a couple of months ahead of an event, I received confirmation which gave me enough confidence to expect the delivery service on the selected day at the selected time. The day before the event I attempted to contact the business to receive confirmation for the following day, they never reached out on multiple platforms. On the morning of the event I tried to contact again and they did not respond on multiple platforms. I was expecting the delivery between the window I had chosen and that window was slowly closing. My husband and I who were hosting the event, called them directly, and a woman answered who was barely helping at all, had no idea about our order or delivery. She said she would call back after checking and she didn’t??? While the event was happening, mind you food was already being served, she still hadn’t contacted back. We called several more times to check what was happening. Her tone was so unprofessional and immature, we were told the driver would be there soon with no estimate. We waited another hour again, nothing arrived. Called again and she said should be there soon, I received a message saying driver was on the way. Food had been served and eaten by the time the dessert arrived. I don’t recommend this service in the slightest, I’m being presumptuous in saying that maybe larger events is more what they’re into.

Seamless ordering process, professional packaging, flawless presentation and delicious! I've ordered from this company twice now for family and work events. Both times I've ordered the party size sweets and they have just executed it beautifully each time. The presentation of the sweets is just flawless and it's just SO easy to place an order online. Can't fault them. Would definitely order again.

Absolutely amazing! So fresh and tasty, Uber driver ruined our desert on delivery so owner went out of his way to prepare a new tray and drop it of the same day. Also offered a full refund, Best customer service and very easy to contact if any issues or changes will definitely be purchasing again.
