The service and care I have received is outstanding from the very friendly courtesy and efficiency of the reception staff to the wonderful care & expertise of the doctors. It is a clinic where you are both known and welcomed. I could not recommend this centre more highly.

The experience is not very good. After a year, the hospital asked me to charge me the cost of one year ago, and I don’t understand very well that the clinic asked me to charge the doctor’s consultation fee after the nucleic acid test

Website offers COVID testing. When I rang up to book a pretty unprofessional receptionist just kept saying “we don’t do it” over and over again and offered no explanation as to why the website says they do.It was pretty weird.

I have always found the physicians and the receptionists at the clinic to be caring, professional and helpful. It is really fantastic when you have a GP who is an expert in health and the receptionists are welcoming. I highly recommend the clinic.
