Thanks very much for accommodating us with a repair to Solar system on the roof on very short notice.Ash took the call within an hour after logging the request on Friday and did a repair the very next day on Saturday. This was unexpectedly quick response, and his great customer service attitude is very well received.

I had an issue with my pool heater (EE03 error). The guys at Supreme were helpful, then along comes one of the techs Ash. Awesome customer service and advice, guided me through the issue, followed up afterwards and the problem was resolved. Ash is the sort of technician who is a rare breed, knowledgeable and helpful - customer service focused and a credit to the business. Thanks to the team.

The Dualsun panels we installed in June 2021 are doing a great job and I am very pleased with savings on electricity and the heat generated for the pool. I have seen about a 65% reduction in my power bills plus I am able to run my pumps longer to maintain the pool water quality, reducing the amount of chemicals I have had to use. The solar heating has been very effective and even though we have not had a “Summer” yet this year we have been able to get some use out of the pool with minimal use of the gas heater to top up the temperature, another saving.

Very bad after service. Salar fir the pool installed in 2922. It’s leaking twice.Service people went to the wrong address as they had wrong details on file. Customer service Rabia emailed and confirmed they have scheduled another day but called after 2 weeks it’s not scheduled. Very poor customer service and do not know when they can come to service the leak,

Heading into the first hot weekend of the Melbourne summer we invited friends over to jump in our new heated pool but for some reason the heat pump wasn’t working. Tried calling the pool company that installed the pump but their technical advisor was not available so I tried my luck with supreme heating Bundoora who sells the vortexe pump, with no questions asked Ash, the technician got me to send a few pictures of the heating pump and troubleshooted the issue over the phone. Saved my weekend and our friends had a wonderful weekend in the pool. Thank you Ash ur a legend, Amazing!

Our old solar heating system required a new controller. Supreme Heating were prompt in getting back to me with an appointment time. Their technician Ash called ahead well before he arrived. Ash was super helpful in explaining how the new controller worked and how it was in sync with our existing pump. I highly recommend Supreme Heating for pool solar heating repairs and new parts.

Our pool solar heating system was leaking. Called Supreme and they came out and found the problem and quickly fixed it. Great service at a reasonable price. Would recommend.
