Great free campsite. Gets busy on long weekends so you have to get there quite early to secure a spot. The road from Eildon to Jameson is extremely twisty which is perfect for fellow bikers

Really wanted to love this site. But man is it ever busy. There are people coming and going at all hours of the night. Illegal hunting going on. And the toilets are almost full and just in need of being replaced.The access to the river is very nice with almost each site having their own access.Flies and bugs were out of control. Bring a lot of deet.

Nice free camping in designated spots all within easy reach of the river. Campfires and dogs allowed. Also accessible to caravans.

A very nice camping area with well placed out camp sites, most of which have access to the river. Excellent, clean facilities.

Stunning spot for a stay by the river. Super refreshing swim is guaranteed.The allocated spots are well laid out and come with a fire pit. In some spots there's probably a site or two too many, but overall there is space to enjoy some freedom.On the weekends there are scores of motorbikes moving back and forth on the road, so be mindful of that. It's rather noisy as you're not far from the road. But, seems to die down a lot by lunch time.Double drop on site is sufficient. Intermittent and mostly unusable Telstra coverage.
