Quick and local for me, always efficient. You take a number, sit down and wait. Some days are busier than others but the lovely nurses do their best to make sure you are in and out with a friendly smile.

I have been there many times to do blood test, always very satisfied until this morning. I was there 8:30, there is one lady waiting before me, we all took number and waited in the waiting room. Around 8:45, a lady came and she said she need to do the blood test between 8-9 and she was allowed to do it at next around 9am. I was bit upset because I came early to wait because I wanted to go to work on time. But that lady just came and took my spot, why did she not come early to do the blood test, she knew she need to do it between 8-9, she should come at 8 o'clock to allow some extra time in case there is a line. My blood test only takes about 5 minutes where I waited half hour for her. In result I was late for work. It would be nice to tell me that her test was going to be long and I can come back at lunch break. Or she should wait after me and tell her that she need to come early next time, otherwise in the future she will keep doing that and which is unfair to other patient who come early.
