Efficient, friendly service from everyone at Living Fire. We ordered replacement parts for an old Regency fireplace and had to return one of them as it didn't fit. The guys at the Moorabbin showroom were particularly helpful. They made the return easy. If we need another wood heater or parts in future, we’ll be back!

Visited the showroom and they were very helpful and informative.A week later the promised quote never arrived. Called and left a message - no response.Called again and spoke to reception - confirmed the quote would be with me the next morning.Two weeks later, no quote.Purchased the same product elsewhere.

We bought two fireplaces from Living Fire for our new home. All the people we dealt with were extremely helpful but one person in particular, Natasha, went above and beyond expectations to ensure that the purchase, storage until required, delivery and installation process was seamless. Her involvement and follow up was without doubt the best we have ever experienced. I know that is a big statement, but my wife and I agree that Natasha was truly a wonderful person to deal with. We are soon to looking to purchase another fireplace for our outdoor entertaining area and we will definitely be buying it from Living Fire, as they were so great to deal with.

Terrible customer service. Kept making excuses for not providing a quote. Staff kept telling me the same stuff I told them. The whole team were the same. Even spoke to a director who said they would provide me with my info that day and didn't. 3 weeks of a waste of time.
