Went for my 1st Appointment here today and was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that was shown by staff and Doctors.If only more GP surgeries would learn from this establishment and really make their patients feel comfortable, it would make visits to the doctors easier to open up.

Happy to take the large payment upfront but do not answer phones, reply to emails or attend the office during stated opening hours. Been 6 months and still waiting.

I can’t recommend this place more highly.I have just completed 2 weeks of Ketamine Infusion therapy for treatment resistant depression.This Infusion therapy is also used in combination using their amazing Doctors, Nurses, Psychiatrists and Psychologists that are all located in the same place.This treatment has actually saved my life literally.I feel like the dark cloud that had surrounded me has begun to lift.I can’t express how grateful I am to everyone that helped me through my treatment and went above and beyond to make sure I was always feeling safe and comfortable.I was always treated with so much compassion and warmth.This place really is like a family.Thank you so much Prof (Dr) Martin Samy for everything.

I would have to disagree with a specific comment below. The practice has different opening hours, and on certain days you cannot contact after 1-3pm because the receptionist has finished for the day. I felt as though all my emails were replied to on the day and with a 3 hour turn around.I was a client of Nabila, and she helped me through personal trauma - she is a brilliant psychologist with a compassionate, gentle, and proactive approach. She was reliable, and when in crisis I know I can always turn to my GP last minute for help at Samy Medical. They put their patients first. I understand that people move onto better opportunities, and finding another psychologist like Nabila is going to be difficult.

I've been seeing Dr. Sumani for several months. He's always approachable and explains things in an evidence-based way so it makes sense and provides patient-centered. I've been recommending him when asked, and I appreciate that he also works outside of regular office hours to suit his patients' needs.

I hate to write this review but this practice was a nightmare to deal with.No staff, they never answer the phone, they take days to reply to emails.Had gone to appointments and there was no one there.Last minute cancellations.My daughter is 13 years old and has been through a lot in her life.I decided to take her to see a therapist to help her through her trauma.She had a great repor with miss Nabila.I can’t fault the work she did with my daughter when she eventually attended an appointment with out it being cancelled on her!She seems to be great at what she does but just very unreliable and unprofessional.Miss nabila called me yesterday and informed me she is leaving the practice.I will not be taking my daughter back here again after the terrible service.My daughter is only 13. It is my job to be there for her as her mother and get her help and support when she needs it. I just feel like I’ve let her down by sending her to this practice. I’m very very dissatisfied and disappointed with this practice. Would not recommend!
