My husband and I are on holiday in Kununurra and had a medical problem. We attended Kununurra Hospital and needed to see the pharmacist to fill a prescription. As we had never had this medication before the pharmacist explained in detail about the medication and we also purchased a monitoring machine and that was demonstrated to us how to use it. I recommend this service. All of the staff were very helpful

First time I have been to the pharmacy as recently moved to the area, I found most staff very helpful except for the younger pharmacist who questioned the specialist script regarding dosage that was prescribed to my partner when I explained that it was prescribed by her breast cancer specialist he replied so which I found very rude and very disrespectful to the specialist and my partner as she has been throughenough

Staff not super helpful and service was a bit slow. Pharmacy did stock what we needed.

Needed quite a few medications for our 6 weeks on the Gibb River Rd. Had to go back 3 times before the pharmacist finally supplied us with all prescription medications we had asked for. Not once did we get told that we hadn't received what we requested. Luckily after the first two times I checked what we had received and realised we were missing medications.On the third visit I asked why we hadn't been given what we had script's for , his reply was Well

I live in Perth and am currently taking a holiday in Kununurra. Just before my scheduled departure from Perth I was diagnosed as suffering from shingles. While I have all my prescribed medication with me, I am generally rather uninformed about the progress of the condition and how I should manage the rashes on my skin. I went into the Amcal pharmacy at the Kununurra town centre earlier today to try get some advice, and was readily and ably assisted by a very friendly staff member Georgie. I am extremely grateful to Georgie both for her patience in listening to my concerns and for sharing with me her expert opinion on how best I can cope with the situation.

The team at Kununurra pharmacy do an amazing job. Special mention to Gareth who has been incredibly helpful on multiple occasions and very knowledgeable!
