Venus Nails & Beauty Fairfield

I went there today and got acrylic nails, at the end of the session I can feel glue on the corner of all my fingers and wanting to take them straight off right now.I HIGHLY suggest DO NOT come to this nail salon.

Absolutely disgusting.The service was terrible, the lady was yelling at my twin and I for not resting our hands. Our nails are crooked and our hands are cut and covered in glue.We were in the middle of getting our nails done and the overbooked technician kept sending people back out and telling them to come back later, when she wasn't even ready for them. In the middle of doing the nails, she brought out her phone and began calling people. She kept switching customers even we had been waiting for her to finish for at leat 30minutes. She began fighting with customers because she was doing walk in peoples nails before bookings.Highly wouldn't recommend her to anyone, she had no other staff with her and ruined our experience.

Very bad customer service, and poor efforts. Will do a bad job and overcharge you. The old lady is very rude and mean. Only cares about money.I went to get my nails done for a special event and showed them the design that I wanted (coffin, with red tips), only for them to do it in a rushing matter, she got the top gel all over my fingers, when I asked the lady to clean up the details for me, she started getting angry, calling me fussy and talking about me to her customers and other workers. She doesn’t know that I understand Vietnamese so I heard everything.Overall, very bad and do NOT recommend.If you want ugly nails and bleeding cuticles, go to Venus nails.Or go to Roxy Nails upstairs where they treat customers better and don’t overcharge you :)

Definitely would not rate them 1 star. Their service here is absolutely disgusting and would never recommend them to anyone. They will never admit their faults or negotiate when they have messed up their job. I recently had eyelashes extensions done here and out all the times I have gone here to get them done (3 times), they have done a horrible job every single times and have left my natural lashes damaged. They would not agree to give me any of my money back and have now left me with weak lashes and lots of clumps of glue on them.

I didn't enjoy my mani and pedi at this store. They rushed my Saturday afternoon chill time. For my pedi I didn't even get to soak my feet for more than 5 mins. The lady before me had her feet soaked longer than mine. The water was almost cold. Everything felt so rush.Waste of money!

Been going here for 5 years and always lovely service. Great nails and pedicures.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever visited ! They charged me extra even tho I asked them twice about the price then she said you did long nails when I clearly didn’t do long nails and asked her about the price even when she was doing my nails , she rushed everything and was very rude I would give it 0 stars

This place is so bad, they’re understaffed and the can’t do eyebrows properly.I went there and they left so many hairs and cut me with the tweezers as well as give me pimples because of they’re wax.

0 STARS IF I COULD!THESE old LADY! Recycles removed lashes from other people.And uses them again!!!!!Do not go there !!!I GOT MY LASH EXTENSIONS DONE BY THE MANAGER HERSELF YESTERDAY…FOR STARTERS! COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE… $100 DOLLARS FOR ANY TYPE OF LASH EXTENSION? NOT GONNA LIE! It should’ve been the first red flag!2- the old lady took me to the room and told me to lay down straight away and was ready to start without even asking me about what lash type I was looking for, no questions at all! I had to ask her to stop and showed her what I wanted.3- she opens a box with a bunch of lose lashes, all tangled and I thought that was just for display purposes! Silly me !!!!!Thinking she was gonna use brand new lashes. She ended up using those clearly recycled ones from the box..4- whole process lasted about 30 minutes! She kept talking in her Vietnamese language and COUGHING !!! Right on my face.5 when it was finished I could not open my eyes, they were glued together so she decides to just grab a tweezers and pull my lashes out. I told her it hurt a lot all she told me not to move.Not even a day has gone past and half of my lashes have come out.Please, pay a bit extra if needed. But get the quality you expect.These people are cheap but have no considerations or professionalism at all. Considering that they are working with such sensitive area as the eye.Never coming back from this place again!!!!!!
