Remarkable Professionalism and Expertise. Tania has been nothing short of remarkable. I've dealt with several agents recently and none of them even came close to the level of professionalism and expertise that Tania portrays. Tania was flexible and understanding of our constraints in terms of booking inspections and was able to keep us updated on availabilities and when it came to buying the property, she was always there with the information we needed, even reaching out to us to check up. Tania, you're amazing!!

Great Communicator & Transparent. Tania Mathers was fantastic. She is a great communicator, very genuine and helpful and made the process of buying very smooth for us. We were looking to buy for a few years and met many agents in this time. Most other agents were far less helpful and certainly not as warm and transparent as Tania. When we are looking to sell we will definitely be calling Tania. We couldn't fault her on anything!

Fair Honest Trustworthy Reliable. Janine was helpful in identifying the market and in all dealings was open and honest about where we might have made some changes. She kept us in the loop throughout the process from the beginning right through to settlement. As a realestate agent we felt we were dealing with a person not someone who saw us as their revenue stream, we cannot recommend her enough and encourage people to talk with her, she represents her agency with integrity.

We were with Ray white for 2 years while we were living in our rental property. Alex was our property manager and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was very diligent with communication and answered any of our questions or concerns that we had. When it came time to end our lease she was more than happy to help us and took a lot of the stress off of us. As a first time renter she really made the experience of living out of home for the first time really positive for me and I’m very grateful for that. Thank you Alex!

Have been a client ( Renting Tenants) of Ray White Alderley for almost 2 years now and could not be happier with the service they provide!As per our previous experience with other real estate agencies, they usually do not care much about rental properties/ tenants because they don’t make much money of us….This is absolutely NOT the case with Randy and his team. They always reply to our requests in a timely manner and always try to accommodate them. We are also lucky as we have a great property owner who is really helpful.Thanks Ray White Alderley!
