It's bad enough we get bombarded by the junk in the letterboxes, the un-invited visits and the unwanted attention. Now you are phoning and texting in the middle of the work day to sing the praises of some minor achievement in the area. WE DON'T CARE! A monkey with a clipboard could sell a house. You don't sell houses, people buy them, and, just because you successfully took an order for a house in the area doesn't mean I either want to sell mine or, think that you can hand out a flyer at an inspection better than any other parasitic leech in a tie.

Don’t expect anything from this agency and you won’t be disappointed!!Our calls and emails were not returned as a result we missed out on purchasing property in Somerton Park.In all the years we have been dealing with agents this agent would have to top the cake.There would be no way I would allow this agent to list our properties.

I’ve recently tried to purchase a property with this Harcourts brand and found the whole process unprofessional.I’ve made several attempts to contact James Packam but with very little success it took over a week to finally speak and that lasted less than 30 seconds . His buyer manager Stephane replied after I contacted her about a property I was interested in when asked to forward a copy of a certificate of title she sent the wrong one . I tried to call her but no luck .when I finally saw the home she had no or Lille idea about the house and said it would take a few days to get the title as she had a busy day !We finally decided to place an offer after doing resurch on the area and found they had grossly inflated the house . After four attempts to try and negotiate or even get a conversation happening James rings me two weeks later your offer has been rejectedBuyers and vendors be wary

Not overly impressed. Was told that they would refund deposit to buyer who failed to comply with contract and would be up to me to fight for it in court.

Make 1 enquiry and they will spam you for life. Email, text, calls... leave me alone!!!
