I purchased a Beef Master 6 burner BBQ late last year. It was assembled and used it over the Australia Day weekend, two of the control knobs are not working. The online support team are completely unresponsive and now avoiding me, it was passed onto the warranty team on the 8th of Feb allegedly, no response for weeks. I have now gone to the department of fair trading.

The team here are fantastic, they go above and beyond. My dealings with the the team was top notch customer experience. I purchase a hot plate for my existing bbq and it didn’t quite fit, they offered other options for me to which I had to explore elsewhere, I left and got a phone call minutes later, as I’m leaving the carpark, and they found the perfect plate to fit my kitchen aid bbq!! Turned around and purchased and it fits like a glove!! Happy days and thank you team!!

very helpful staff, knowledgeable about all their products which they have a wide range of from furniture to sauce to mozzie lamps, and the store takes safety seriously and require a minimum of 2 employees on the shop floor if a 3rd is to fill up a gas bottle. a shame their BBQs were a tad too big for our space. would definitely recommend this store for all your BBQ needs and its friendly staff.
