Hi Eva,If your husband is the one that feeds the chickens then I suggest he makes sure they always have food and water. Just because he gets busy in life (like we all are) is absolutely no excuse for neglecting to feed the animals on your property and yes this is a form of cruelty. If he is just so busy then don't have them. Would you forget to give your dog food and water if you got busy with your grooming business? As I said the bowls were both dry and empty to the point of only having dried dirt and old grass cuttings in them. The water and food bowls were a reasonable size so I do not believe they had only ran out of food and water in the last 2 days when your husband had been busy. For bowls that size they would have had to not been attended to for almost a week to be in the state they were in. Perhaps it might be an idea to get 2 feed bowls and 2 water bowls.You say you love your chickens. People that love things look after them.What worries me is that summer is coming and the days now get extremely hot, sometimes nearly 40 degrees and I can assure you if your husband is just too busy and cannot care for the chickens they will die of dehydration.Tell me is there any straw or hay in where they sleep because from what I could see there was only their own dried up poo for them to sleep on.(I hope I am wrong)As I said I will not be bring my dog back no matter how good a dog groomer you are as I refuse to support your business after seeing what I saw.I do care for people just like I care for animals as I do a lot of volunteering for both.For the people that still come to you to get their dog groomed and read this review please check on the chickens and make sure they have food and water.Thank you

Yeva is a wonderful and professional groomer, she has been grooming my 3 fur-kids in the past 3.5years. I've always get asked & get complemented on the dogs hair cut on our outings. I've followed Yeva wherever she goes as she is soo good with my dogs that they don't want to leave the salon. She is very loving with my dogs when they stay for the daycare.
