Such a lovely place. The staff are always friendly and approachable. The staff are so great with the kids and make sure they are comfortable and happy. I couldn’t think of a better place to trust my kids to be cared for.

My daughter has been going here since she was 8 months old. The centre has everything the children need to develop and thrive as they go up through the various age groups and into kindy.The biggest thing that sets this centre apart is that they have a low staff turnover and the staff they have there genuinely care about their job and understand their importance in your child's life.Sending your first baby to a daycare is honestly a very hard thing for a parent to do, but they made this whole process reassuring and we haven't looked back since.I would recommend Goodstart Harristown to any of my friends or family!

Is funny how I’m the last few weeks since that review about a child being physically abused by an educator was posted there had been many new reviews trying to cover it up saying how wonderful the centre is…My child was also abused here and nothing came about it due to lack of evidence

Tried to contact many times about my kids that where attending and heard nothing. Then they where signed out without my permission by someone who is not supposed to see them due to court orders and the daycare was aware of it… poor judgement and absolutely disgraceful to work with. Also found them extremely racist towards our indigenous background.

An educator accused me of hitting my child in-front of her whole class and made a fool out of her. And the bruises had happened that day by an “accident” apparently another educator told me and they never did an incident report. Those bruises where not there when I dropped her off as I bath my child day and night and now they weren’t there.

My child was hit by an educator and nothing came about it… said it was going to this person and that person and yet there is nothing. I will be taking it up myself with police and hopefully something will come from that. But I shouldn’t have to. We entrusted our child’s safety to this centre so we can work and yet our child constantly came home with bruises, grazes, and even an incident that left her looking like she had been in a car accident. My partner and I are extremely distraught about this matter and the fact there has been no communication. Our daughter hasn’t changed her story in two weeks and we believe her because if we don’t who will.

Great all 7 of my kids attend here staff is amazing great communication and always helpful with everything :) thanks to the beau staff for supporting our huge family ❤️

Staff are absolutely amazing. I cannot fault this centre at all, my daughter loves it.

The most amazing daycare you could ask for as a first-time mum. I put my trust into the girls at Good Start and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to look after my little girl while I was at work. Everyone is just so lovely there
