Worse experience dealing with raywhite Doncaster in regards to my rental property. Do yourself a favour and dont even consider this agency with your investment property. There are way more professional agencies in doncaster east. No phone call/ email informing that tenants are leaving i heard from tenants directly. No condition report or update if they have inspected the property after tenant left , no communication where and how to pick up the keys. Its ridiculous you pay for their service and they provide you with none. If it wasn't for Christine previous property manager i wouldn't of gone ahead with them. They should dismiss the new manager Michael he has no clue in management and whats involved . I wish i could give 0 star

Absolutely horrible experience. Abused because the agent couldn’t work the door lock. Demanded I sort it out immediately despite me advising I was in hospital with my husband having brain surgery. Never been treated in such a cruel manner and no apology even after they admitted it was their fault. Considering legal action for harassment
