Trek Bicycle Mt Gravatt
Took my bike in with a slight mechanical problem. Guys at My Gravatt Trek had me back on my bike in no time at all. Friendly, professional service provided with a minimum of fuss. Trek bikes are amazing machines and Bontrager parts are high quality and reliable from their lights, right through to their tyres. Can't recommend Trek Mt Gravatt highly enough. Will definitely be back for a full service in the near future.

I walked in looking for a replacement bike for commuting/recreation rides. Only ever bought 'big box' generic bikes before.Helena asked a few questions and set me up for a test ride on the DS 3. Perfect match! Both Helena and Kaitlyn sorted all the bits and pieces I needed and I walked out woth everything fitted. No hassle no heavy sales pitch. Easy as!Turned out the DS3 was perfect. took test ride from Rochedale South, ended up in Southbank! 40km round trip was too easy for a moderately unfit guy like myselfThanks Trek Mt Gravatt, great friendly customer service and experience to assist a cycle noob!

Great customer service. Trek Mt Gravatt have always been friendly and provide excellent service for me. I'd definitely recommend you to them for service of your bike or in my case e-bike.It's always a pleasure to head over there and also grab a coffee at Hallowed Grounds just down on the corner.

I highly recommend Trek Bicycle to any customers looking for a new, local shop! Christian was very helpful and offered a range of parts to fix my problem, on the spot. I didn't expect such great service and I will definitely be going back to get my older bike serviced and I'd buy a new Trek, down the track.
