I recently had to take a car in to replace a flat tyre and I was thoroughly impressed by the care and customer service I got from staffer Mel. MyCar Werribee have set the standard for me in terms of customer service and quality of work, I can definitely recommend them. Mel was transparent and explained the faults and even explained how the tyres have aged resulting in cracks, he was understanding and easy to talk to. Thank you again Mel and team at MyCar for the effort and work, I noticed!Very friendly and stress free team to work with.

Hands down recommend these guys, we pulled into My Car on a off chance they could squeeze the car in as it had just had a new power steering rack popped in & was squealing for a wheel alignment, went in & asked if they could squeeze us in quickly it was 2pm by this point, they said yes pick the car back up in 2 hours & as I went back to the car to organise a lift home they called us over to say they’ll squeeze us in now quickly as a spot opened up, in and out within under 40 minutes. Best customer service we’ve received for a place in a long time & the car absolutely drives beautifully now, definitely will be returning in the future.Thank you MyCar.

Great, friendly staff, timely service and great prices. I came in for a puncture repair and was told that there is no charge as it was covered under the tyre care plan, bought off them, which i had completely forgotten about. Thank mycar werribee team!

Justin gives excellent customer service and is very happy to chat through the issues I was experiencing and explained to me what they found and why it could have happened and what they did to fix it.They helped me out squeezing me in because my car was struggling to accelerate and I really need my car living far from my work place and not PT to the area. It is very much appreciated and they did it as soon as possible.
