Five Pillars Foundation
There’s a saying, “a comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there”. Five Pillars therapy/coaching, definitely threw me out of my comfort zone, made me realise some hard truths and gave me back my own power - that I thought I had lost. I am beyond grateful to have stumbled across Ibrahim, he has changed my life in ways I didn’t even know were possible! If 6/5 was possible, that would be my rating. I recommend this foundation and it’s founder with every inch of my well being. If you haven’t booked in a session yet, DO IT!
