Awesome gym run by an awesome bloke. He knows his stuff with fitness and is always looking to help a person work on themselves and work towards their goals and he's always up for a chat. He's transformed the old gym from a place with minimal equipment to a gym with all the equipment you need to get a solid workout.

I highly recommend going to this gym nice staff as well as the owner of the gym. if you love nature everything inside the gym has real plants and a nice background feature. :)
