This McDonald's is disgusting, Management need to clean this place up, restaurant and toilets look liked they have not been cleaned for days. Floors, tables, seats all filthy.I had a disabled person with me who needed to use the toilet. When we went to the toilet it has a note on the door to get a staff member to unlock it, we had to go back out to get someone to unlock it for us to use. When the male staff member opened the door he came into the toilet with us, we thought he was going to stay in there while we used it fortunately he left, it was very uncomfortable. Whoever designed the disabled toilets for ALL McDonald's in our area has not consulted a disabled person, the door to enter toilet area is heavy and awkward, the toilet is the correct height but then the toilet paper dispenser is so low it is very difficult for the person to use as they have to lean so far forward it is unsafe. We will definitely not be coming back here it was a terrible experience.

Service is SLOW. Stood at the counter for a good five minutes, several staff made eye contact, yet not one of them asked if I’d like to order. Ended up using self serve tablets. Tables are pretty grotty also

Ordered for delivery and the items were completely wrong.I understand them being cold for it but items were not correct.The lettuce on the McChicken that wasn't supposed to be there was also brown and soggy. The initial reason we removed the lettuce.

When it's good it's good but this site really struggles with consistency, often things being left out of your order and you never know if you'll get fresh food or cold food. Depending on the time of day you could get served instantly or be lined up in the drive thru for 40+minutes, seems when they get busy they stop parking vehicles and paying attention to times and just let the customers pile up. Have had to wait 40+ minutes on multiple occasions at this store

Absolutely useless. I live 3 minutes from this mc Donald’s and ordered food late one night on Uber eats, all I got was 2 large chips and a chicken and cheese and some sauce. My food was stone cold it was not even remotely warm and I waited 40 minutes for my food. I then went on to call them and no one answered my call after 5 attempts. This service is absolutely pathetic and a disgusting reflection on their customer service. Would never recommend to order from here

Worst McDonald’s I have even seen, ordered food that took over an HOUR. For two meals then when we finally got it the chicken was raw and all the food was cold. Absolutely disgusting. They need to honestly get there staff trained before they have a law suite.

This is literally so outrageous!! I waited more than 1 hour for my order, and I had to cancel my order because the delivery time kept increasing. I ordered at 7:30 - waited until 9 pm while trying to reach out to the managers, but no one picked up the phone. Cannot believe I waited for this long for a small meal when I live 5 minutes away—horrible service.

I understand how busy it gets in the restaurant but the hygiene and cleanliness is beyond unacceptable. There were no tables for people to sit and enjoy a meal as all the tables were filled with rubbish, ice cream and drinks dripped everywhere and floors with rubbish. One of the staff had a nugget half way out his mouth while serving front desk of customers and a young lady rubbing a runny nose before scooping fries for a customer.

Probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Not just a one off either. Everytime we come here it’s the same deal. Young kids walking around with no sense of urgency or care if customers have short breaks and need a quick meal or coffee. I gave it my fair share of tries but obviously management refused to identify or want to fix the issue
