Wendy was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We asked her and her team to do rather challenging clean. They completed it to a very high standard within a tight time frame. We booked Total Works to clean the carpets and flea spray our villa at the end of our last lease with First National Real Estate. They arranged to pick up the keys and drop off the receipt for us. We were given our bond back in full and Total Works were very efficient and professional to deal with.

Their work is always of a very high standard and it is a delight to go to a property that they cleaned - you know it will look, feel and smell fresh. DO NOT use these guys for end of lease cleaning!!! Not only did they charge a months rent for a few hours, but they sit down and eat their lunch on your paid time. When our property manager said the cleaning wasn't good enough, Total Works refused to go back to re-clean to standard. The toilet wasnt even clean. What did I even pay for!!!? So I had to go back and clean what they didnt!!! Very unprofessional service. If you use these guys for pest spray, make sure they do it, can be very dishonest about it. I dont get why they have such good reviews?

Avoid. Unprofessional. Aggressive. Unreliable. Said they’d be available for a vacate clean then went back on their word. Made bizarre accusations about non-existent “petty dramas” with real estate agent. Rang repeatedly after being told I couldn’t talk on the phone as I was in work meetings.
