Have had to complain about the wait times and gp's so many times that I've actually wound up going to their governing/licensing body about them.One GP in particular was so aggressive/abusive that we stopped going back here for good and found another medical provider in Morwell until we moved.As a contrast the nursing staff are kind, patient and extremely pleasant to deal with as was my exercise physiologist and my wife's mental health team so it may just be the gp's/reception staff that need an overhaul/attitude adjustment either way I would recommend caution if this is your only choice for medical care.

A really large facility offering so many different services all in one neat little package. The staff and doctors here are fantastic, well educated, driven, passionate and extremely caring. Waiting times can vary from right on the dot to a little over an hour, however, the doctors are incredibly thorough and do their best to give you as much time as necessary. It's always very clean and hygienic, with big open rooms and halls for easy access. Connect to the complimentary wifi while you wait for your appointment. This would still be my regular doctors office had my GP not relocated, I still utilize the LCHS branch in another town.

i offered to do volunteer work for this organization and was invited to come there for a briefingon the job duties ,so I went at the appointed time , to be told the lady I was to see was not working that day, so I left, later got a phone call asking me to make a new appointment witch I did, went back again and same thing :sorry I cant find anyone to see you sit down and wait . I LEFT now wonder people don't want to volunteerps I now do work for the Salvo`s

Don't take your children here use the Medicare amount funded to each child to use a private dentist who accepts Medicare as most do!! As children are not animals and can not talk back u see, but a parent does, as we see here!!! especially when there in the same room, respect, and the dignity of respectful communication to others will go a long way with this clinic.

Going down hill fast. Called today for an appointment, was told they were all gone and to call back tomorrow at 8am to see if there are any cancellations. Otherwise first available appointment is in 3 weeks, I'm sick today. Time to find another gp clinic I think.

My Vision impaired friend rrequiringtest and his amputee neighbor were both denied appointment and were advised that the clinic isn't taking new patients. Both these men live within 200m of the clinic. I understand things are tough with COVID, but surely there must be something that you guys could do to help these 2 men, and maybe in future make it known to the public with signage or an addition to the phone call auto menu thing. Both are new to the area and couldn't even get information to point them towards a clinic that could help.You guys are great in every other aspect but I have to say, this one is a real let down.
