Awesome range vertualy every tool under the sun.. Grouse staff, the gentleman who looked after me today was outstanding.. Even though what I was after was only a $14 sale and for a tool I had bought elsewhere.. He found what I was after and had a grin to boot.. They've won me !!!

Great range and professional service. Very helpful staff. They helped me to organise a return and refund of a products that was not to my expectations. The product was fully functional and It could just be me, but I found it tedious to operate and the boys at Sydney Tools were accommodating.

Ultimate tool shop, really enjoyed the experience here. Easy to shop because all the products are sorted so well.Prices are fair and they have good specials once you sign up.Staff were awesome and knowledgeable, im going here for tools now, can’t be bothered with Bunnings and the know nothing staffing stores.

Great range, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable staff. Their P.R skills could be improved but that's not enough to affect my rating (must deal with some grumpy tradies often?) but ultimately I'm there to shop not make friends. Highly recommend 100%. Beats the big B any day of the week!Well done lads

I waited a whole 7 months for a pressure washer extension wand, chasing it up every 4 weeks, they kept telling me they'd ring me when It was in, they didn't. I had to call them for them to tell me it came in a week ago.I picked up a router from there, came home to find no router in the box.Spent $3.5k at their trade day, expecting to get $600 in bonus points and then when I chased up why I haven't got the points, they said that the combo kit I got wasn't included in the promotion because it's already substantially below cost". Yet other combo kits are included."

Went to buy a mower kit and an additional battery on the 6th November. The battery was not in stock at the store. We were told they would send it from their warehouse which still has not arrived to date ( 3 months !! ) We contacted in between and always been told they would send it.

Where to begin, the staff all happy to help, the guys know what they sell and enjoy what they do.it does get busy time to time but you are not forgotten about. The shop... always clean and tidy and always something new. very often I go in for one thing I need and come out with three things I wanted lol.pricing is very competitive with other big tool suppliers, Sydney is often $30 cheaper per item. Special orders and Repairs are easily taken care of.Very much my favourite tool shop.

Terrible Service. lots of products without price tags.Tool boxes on special not even made up for you to look at. Told them about prices not on products and they just said isn't it
