We stopped here on our way up north. We were surprised by how friendly Peter and the other staff were.The food was awesome, the fuel was reasonably priced and they had a huge range of products and spare parts.The toilets were clean and tidy.This was the last spot with phone coverage for a good period of time.

The steak is a must try, and I think the shop stocks everything you could ever want. Lovely accommodation, great staff, and a great town! Make sure you check out the museum.

Always wanted to stay here, after reading about it and watching the ABC backroads episode. Set your expectations accordingly. This is an iconic place, and in general, was ok place. It's not what one would expect. It's a budget outback accommodation, just enjoy the novelty and expect some unexpected.

Great place in outback SA. All your needs in one place. Stop for. breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or just have a few drinks. Park O/N in caravan park and enjoy the peacefulness of the outback.
