Friendly staff, always helpful with any questions you need to to ask (floor and checkout staff and door guard always friendly and helpful).Wait can be a bit long for prescriptions especially if you're in pain.Pharmacists don't seem to remember you even if you are a repeat customer but floor/checkout and door guards are awesome.

Convenient, not as bust as Ringwood, so it's easier to get around and served quicker. click and Collect is free. Delivery is free over $50. Lots to buy and check out. Disabled parking out the front and plenty of other parking right near the store. Highly. recommend.

The pharmacist and managing pharmacist at this chemist warehouse are dismissive, rude and extremely unsympathetic.Avoid this pharmacy if you have any urgent needs with prescriptions. They will not extend themselves to help you

I tried to return a cream I purchased 8 days earlier, I had the original receipt but because the item was purchased from a different Chemist Warehouse they were very reluctant. They finally agreed to return the item but when they tried to scan the receipt the barcode wouldn’t scan because of the poor quality of paper so once again was told I would have to return to the original store. I asked to speak to the manager but they were too busy. Make sure anything you purchase from this store is a keeper, they are not easy to deal with after the sale has been made.

This is definitely my ‘go to’ pharmacy to fill a prescription!Parking is free and spaces always available, unlike the nearby Seymour St Chemist Warehouse.Never had an issue filling a script if I’m more than a week before completing the previous meds, unlike the Tunstall Sq Chemist Warehouse.Ringwood Lake walking circuit is immediately across the road for a quick 1.4km walk whilst waiting. Win win!

I would score 0 if there is the option .Visited the store and was served by the world rudest casiher ,No greetings, No goodbye(she did say goodbye to the customer before me),No eye contacts. Without a words, without any interactions, coldest attitude. If you are having a bad day dont take it on the customers . They dont serve your rudeness and arrogance. If you are not happy working there, please go find another one.but thanks for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never ever go back to this store.
