I’ve been going to Murphy Gozzard for many years now and have never once had a bad experience.Such an amazing team , always so warm, friendly , welcoming and so professional.Nothing pretentious about this salon everyone just focuses on the job .Their products are absolutely beautiful and the best you can get !Super cool owners , fantastic at what they do and the best in their field thats for sure .The way they give back to the community is an inspiration to us all and to be applauded.Bravo and thank you !

I've been going to Murphy Gozzard for perhaps a decade now. Apart from the great hair, I also really appreciate the way they reacted to me telling them about my autoimmune condition.They now position me in a chair toward the back of the studio where it's quieter, and they're mindful that a lot of talking will tire me out, so they avoid too much non hair related chitchat and I get a very restful experience. They also offer for me to be able to lie down with have a few warm robes over me in the wash chairs while my colour processes.They're also good communicators, so if for example I'd like to get a hair treatment and they've changed the products they use, they'll let me know if the prices have gone up beforehand, so I can make informed choices and there's no nasty surprises at the end of the visit.Great head massages and they never scald your head with super hot water which used to happen to me a lot.The vibe in the salon is also welcoming and chilled, and doggos are allowed!

Consistently exceptional! I have been going to Murphy Gozzard for years and their service has always been professional, attentive, relaxing and the results are fabulous. I have curly hair and they have revolutionised my understanding of how to style my hair. They even showed me how I could style my hair for the Grammys (which was awesome)! I love the cut and colour. Oh and the entire experience is ridiculously relaxing including a welcome tea and facial massage.

Absolutely amazing!! I cant thank the team at The Muprhy Gozzard Hair Community enough! They organized and donated very generous gift packages to Intensive Care Unit and Emergency staff at a few Hospitals, this is so appreciated especially after the past year. What a treat, thank you!!I was looked after by Elena, whom gave me the most fabulous style and treatment. I felt like a VIP. Thank you so much Elena!! I have been going to Murphy Gozzard for YEARS! Their customer service is second to none. All the staff are beautiful people and I love the pampering I receive when I visit. I even took my baby there after I had him and the staff would help out with him while I was getting my hair washed. Thank you all!!

I won't go anywhere else in Sydney! The whole experience is so thoughtful and leaves you feeling very well taken care of and happy. Customer service is impeccable and the best haircut I've ever had. The team here really care and are so wonderful at their jobs.

I have been going to MG for about 15 years and I have never been disappointed. All the stylists are amazing, but I particularly love how Eleanor does my hair. I always leave feeling pampered and my hair looking great. Meg and the Bretts always make me feel welcome and I love going to visit them. I recommend MG to anyone and everyone!
