We have taken both our pups along to the drop in Puppy socialisation classes. It is great having the flexility to do classes around work as sometimes every week is not possible. Kelly and Lily are very present, positive and professional and create a great learning and socialising environment for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Great experience for canines and humans, thank you very much!

I enrolled my new puppy into the puppy preschool program with Kelly Browns training program. The online training modules are comprehensive and easy to follow. The in person puppy preschool sessions with Kelly and Alex have been great as they are both very knowledgeable and they also ensure that all puppies have a positive socialisation experience.I am happy with the program and I would highly recommend the program to other puppy gaurdians.

We enrolled to socialise our puppy with other puppies and found it a great envy to teach puppy socialising skills in a safe environment. She has also learned to listen to us and some basic commands. It was very good be it he trainers were able to identify any bad habits that were starting to show but not obvious to us, and how we cold avoid the habit from escalating into a nuisance. We have done 6 classes.

We have two Kelpie X dogs, one older (7-years-old) and has anxiety, and a puppy, George. We had been to previous dog training classes elsewhere with our older dog and found that it didn’t quite deliver on what we hoped - especially given our older dog’s needs. When we adopted George we did more research on puppy training and wanted someone who specialised more in this area. We are so glad we picked Kelly and her team! We booked the drop-in puppy sessions - she has a 5 for 4 deal, and found George has benefited so much, we even booked a 6th class, which would then lead us into the silver training, which will also be run by Kelly - this is how pleased we are with Kelly and her team! We wanted to ensure George was well socialised, meaning he learns how to interact appropriately with other dogs and also that he builds a stronger bond with us - thank you Kelly for helping us achieve this! George was reactive (barking) at other dogs when we arrived and immediately Kelly approached and gave us instructions/advice on how to help manage this behaviour. Within a few minutes he was responding really well to the advice Kelly gave us. We noticed each session, an improvement in his reactivity, he now greets dogs very politely and doesn’t react negatively in any way. We highly recommend these classes for socialisation and picking up the basics you need to know - wait/stay, eye contact, on and off lead meet and greet, settling - all of which we think are vital building blocks to our dog being an awesome and very good boy! The bonus about these puppy classes is that it’s not only Kelly but a team of people, where Kelly is able to specifically assist with any of you and your dogs needs, providing her professional advice. Kelly and her team of trainers are approachable and all make the effort to get to know you and your puppy. The thing we loved most is that you learn more about how to understand and read your dog better, picking up on their needs and what’s best for them. If you want to learn how to read dog body language, and have plenty of opportunities ensure you understand/learn how to socialise your dog than we highly recommend Kelly and team!

Since starting the sessions, I've witnessed progress in my puppy, Reuben. Kelly's expertise and guidance have been invaluable in building a foundation of obedience and behaviour skills. I can already see significant improvements in his focus and attention.The sessions are well-structured and informative in a warm and positive environment that fosters effective learning for both puppies and their owners. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained with the space allowing for both individual and group exercises. I highly recommend Waggle Tails puppy sessions to any owner seeking techniques for training and socialisation.

I subscribed to the Puppy and Ultimate Dog programme when our Lab x GWP named Barney was 12 weeks old. We worked on all the basics such as settle, recall, walk, wait, go sniff etc with challenges along the way because he is an easily excitable dog. However with Kelly's evidence based programme to refer to, the weekly Fb live group calls and posts we shared the journey and learnt many tips and tricks. Kelly was professional and understanding, always keeping it relatable when sharing the challenges of training her own pup. I joined because I would not always be able to attend local group classes, this program and Kelly's advice is on demand and it is value for money if you spend the time to help create your own well behaved doggy.

We took our puppy Storm from 9 weeks to Kelly and puppy school. Storm is a Neapolitan Mastiff X and is going to be a big doggy. We were very worried about socialisation as she is very timid and can take a while to interact with new situations. The first 3 weeks Storm was in her own little area to get use to other puppies and people, to have a good experience. By the fourth week we could not hold her back and she became her confident self interacting with other puppies and people. Kelly and her staff were exceptional in helping both Storm and us grow in confidence. I am so glad we did not go down the path of the vet or pet store puppy school. This was exactly what we needed have Storm grow-in confidence and interact with new situations. Thanks Kelly. Highly recommend this training.
