Mandie was an amazing RMT, I was dealing with wedding stress and she knew exactly what treatment to use in my session she combined PNF stretching and massage with myofascial trigger points and all my tension was released. Leaving the treatment room I felt as light as a feather, not to mention the ambience from the fairy lights and the relaxation music was so calming. 10/10 she has definitely got a life time client in me. <3

Mandie works magic! She is so incredibly intuitive when it comes to body work, listening to you and feeling her way to discover exactly what your body needs for pain relief and healing. Two sessions and my Achilles and lower back pain has completely gone. You feel so safe and nourished in her space that you don’t want to leave. Can’t reccommend enough.

I feel really fortunate and blessed to have discovered Mandie’s practice. She is not only an intuitive Remedial Massager and soothing Sound Healer, but also an empathic and empowering practitioner whose authenticity shines through her work. As someone who suffers with PTSD her understanding care, knowledge, professionalism and patience, aswell as the ambient set up of her room, made me feel completely safe and nurtured during our sessions.
