The staff were so helpful. I got my watch batteries replaced and a strap done too. They have a beautuful display of fine bone china too and I picked up a piece of Royal Albert that I didn't have in my collection. Great service.

My second visit to the watch palace . My first recently as a new resident of Strathfield to repair a Burberry watch. After dropping the Burberry in I felt like I had known Wilson and Chrissy for years . 2 weeks later I am so impressed I am back again for a mesh band on a 32 year old pulsar . Friendly , very knowledgeable and an exceptional eye for colour and style . The colour match near perfection the service is second to none , many thanks to Wilson and the team .

If there was ever a palace to honour Horology , this is it. A great balance of both Japanese and Swiss made pieces among others. All at very respectable AND competative prices. Customer service comes automatically with a genuine smile and interest in your visit. Without being smothering..My Longines that I purchased elsewhere stopped and I put it in for service here. Not only was it exceptionally priced it came with a comprehensive breakdown of what was wrong with it and what was done to repair it..Exceptional service. Thank you Wilson and staff.
