As a tenant, renting through Anne Read was the best experience I've had with a property manager so far. Andrew was always quick to get issues addressed promptly, usually on the same day. After I was given a notice to vacate so the owner could sell, Andrew helped me to find a new rental close to where I was, even through other agents. I didn't have to jump through hoops to get my bond back either. 10/10 would rent through again

I own an older fibro single family rental in Safety Bay, managed in previous decades by one of the local chain real estate agencies. Despite the consistently glowing routine inspection reports, when their last tenant shot through a year and a half ago owing more than 8 weeks rent and water use, I found the property had deteriorated badly. Unauthorised painting, and interior doors, fixtures and window glass missing. I immediately terminated that management agreement and engaged Anne Read Real Estate.I found Anne to be refreshingly direct, honest and thoroughly professional. Anne has clearly worked in the area real estate business for a while and can call upon a network of skilled tradesmen. The necessary major repairs were completed quickly and to a high standard.
