Excellent service, friendly staff, get it fixed and reduce the landfill

Couldn't recommend Workforce Power Tool Repairs highly enough. I went in there with my Ryobi Mower for repair. They looked up the mower and advised me it was still covered under replacement warranty. They rung the local Bunnings store for me to confirm replacement and to speak to the guy that worked there. I didn't have everything I needed but today went to Bunnings and got my replacement mower. Thanks so much for your friendly and helpful service. You certainly went above and beyond what you had to and I really appreciate it.

Been in a few times for warranty issues, very helpful, spare parts ordered (non warranty) with what seemed to be little markup added. Called when it was in.. simple to deal with.

Had a tool repaired under warranty with this business and received it back with deep scratches and covered in oil. I don’t look after my tools for someone else to ruin them.

Highly recommend Workforce Mandurah. Issues solved in Paslode Guns and Milwaukee Tools solved promptly and from a friendly team of people.

I had a tool sent here for Makita warranty repair, was told 3-4 weeks however when I followed up more then 4 weeks later to see if it was ready I was told the repair could not be done under warranty and they wanted $235 for it - almost as much as a brand new saw! The lady was unapologetic for never contacting me and blamed the price on the cost of the part.I picked up the saw and have ordered the part from Makita myself for $45 - it’s just a bolt on piece nothing complicated.

Those negative reviews are RUBBISH. What rude losers. The staff at Workforce Power Tools are brilliant and care a lot about providing a great service. I have had nothing but excellent service and good communication each time they've fixed my tools. I've had several jobs done - no reason to complain and every reason to give them a thumbs up - they are 'warranty service agents' not miracle workers. THANK YOU for your hard work and professionalism and I recommend Workforce Power Tools to anyone.

Terrible customer service ! Rang up to see if they fixed collated screw gun heads , the girl I spoke to was helpful but didn’t accruals know what time they shut , told me they shut at 5pm so I got there at about 4.45 an there shops nowhere to be seen so I tryed to call them an the numbers go to message an says office hours are between 8 an 4,50 it wasn’t even 4.50 yet an they already had the phone lines off an not to mention this is all after a 40 minute drive just to get there still have to drive home with my still broken tools , so the next day I rang up an the bloke who’s on the phone Is telling me not to get antsy over the phone As it’s not he problem! I felt like diving down there an ripping his head off ! He then proceeded to tell me that they work shops up the back now as when I got to the address the shop is no where to be seen ! Just all in all terrible service an just a stuff around to try an do a simple thing such as dropping my collated screw gun head to be fixed witch I need for work ASAP so I’ll probly have to go buy another head an have 3 heads because they people don’t know how to communicate with consumers an customers!

A poor excuse for a tool repair centre.Unfortunately there are very limited options for getting Paslode nail guns serviced in Perth, so people have to come here.They charged me non refundable deposit of $60 just to look at my nail gun, proceeded to take weeks to even look at it, and then quoted me a ridiculous $380 for a minor repair on a $650 tool. After I refused to proceed with the work, they then returned the tool to me in multiple pieces in an old cardboard box, possibly damaging the vital inside parts of the nail gun even further.There’s no reason why they couldn’t have returned the nail gun to me the way I sent it to them. Sheer laziness and incompetence.

I contacted the business to purchase a Karcher product. After having to follow-up Mel several times and having no return contact with details I requested, I have given up and have had to purchase the product in Perth. Very disappointing for a local business.
