Home for all morning, no one knocked the door but only received a message saying left a card for picking up my parcel at startrack. Also found a parcel with wrong address for someone we don’t know on our drive way. Seriously?!?!?!

I will no longer use Centurion for my business they take no responsibility for there staff that damage goods this tv was delivered to my customer in tom price and they physically damaged the tv. they said they are a 3rd party so we have to have our own insurance, I understand if product was damaged in transit but not when there staff damage the tv and they don't care. So it appears there staff can smash all goods and its your problem I would not recement these guys. they don't even deserve 1 star

Very disappointing. Brand new bike arrived with scratches all over it. Marks over tank and seat from straps. Bike was on approved shipping crate from dealer. No terms and conditions sent from centurion until after Bike had arrived damaged. They have now advised that they are no liable for any damages. Be careful of this company when transporting anything.
