Staff are super lovely and helpful. They even let me know that I was eligible for a sale that was going on that I didn't know about so my products ended up cheaper.

Day 3 of travelling with our 2 small dogs, Bowie and Teddy, and we needed help! One hated being in the car and couldn’t relax, and the other hated being around new people. Neither slept well at night in a new place and nothing familiar. Hubby and I were exhausted, desperate and regretting our decision to holiday with dogs.Called in to Pet Stock looking for help and we found it here! I went to the counter with one of everything that said the word ‘calm’ on it. I must have looked like a mother with a newborn who had no idea!The amazing Tash was very supportive and fitted both dogs with ThunderShirts, suggested Adaptil Travel to spray on their new coats and also the Calming Chews for Dogs, which we’ll try out tonight.Both dogs have been asleep in the car for over 2 hours and in no hurry to wake up.Thank you Tash for your advice, understanding and excellent customer service. You didn’t take advantage of our desperation and sell us what we didn’t need - you saved our sanity!Thank you

I shop there regularly I went there late this arvo and the two girls that were there ignored me while they were chatting and sitting behind the counter one was on the computer I asked for a 20 kg bag of supercoat and a 30 l bag of breeders choice cat litter. I was told to go and get them myself I asked if they could get them for me and help me to my car as they normally do the girl told me shes not supposed to lift anything and held her arm up at me ? Very disappointing service never happened before spent 100 not again will shop else where

Very lovely helpful staff at Petstock. However I found their range of stock of harnesses and slow feeders were quite limited.

Huge pet store jam packed with all your pet needs big or small. Did pet wash located in store as well. Amazing friendly staff who let you bring your dog in to try jumpers on.Wheelchair accessible parking and entry. No toilets

I took Chesnut for a Bath and Groom, and I was very pleased with the service. This is the first time I have ever let anyone else (other than myself) bath and groom her. The groomer was extremely friendly and gentle with Chesnut. I got the call 45mins later to come and get her, she was ready. I was very impressed with the result, Chesnut was clean, dry, nails clipped and ready to go. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I truly recommend this service at Petstock

We loved our experience in store. Staff were amazing and so lovely to my scared little jack Russell who fell in love with the lovely girls there. My dog Nikita was happy with her wash and came out clipped, manicured with a pink bandanna. I will definitely come back.
