I was left waiting for 35 minutes for my appointment. No phone call advising me of the delay. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was 10 mins late, which was far from accurate. The salon staff then told me i was rude for saying a phone call would have been nice"! Completely unprofessional and poor customer service."

I’ve been visiting On the Park Hairdressing for almost 6 years after moving to the area. It’s always been a great experience; professional, talented and always running on time! Emily my stylist listens to my concerns and desires and is honest with her feedback; as a consequence I am always happy with the results. The team are always friendly and welcoming, and I would highly recommend.

Great never-fail hairdresser. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad cut. Definitely recommend!

I was highly impressed with the quality of this hair salon today. I was in need of a hair cut from a disastrous self home haircut and looked for a local hairdresser and came across 'On the park'. On the park is surrounded by beautiful cafes, streets and local shops with a great view of Central Park.The customer service was amazing with friendly and bubbly staff. Being an introvert, I felt like a welcomed customer. The staff were respectful, could have a laugh while working hard. This hairdresser is a diverse and inclusive community and I was very impressed and pleased. It was clean, well organised and I loved the design of the hairdresser. My hair feels fresh, lighter than ever and feels healthier than it has been in a while. I can see improvement in the strength and life my hair has. I’ve always been really impressed with the quality, knowledge and professionalism of the team at On the Park. They know hair and are always honest with what will and won’t work, the time it will take to achieve a look, and what will need to be completed to get the desirable outcome. A big shout out to Dani who does amazing colour work!

Emily has managed to restore my crazy wavy hair from dry and brittle to radiant and shiny. Thanks for the awesome new colour. See you in 6 weeks for a freshen up

Emily is the queen of blonde colour, I have been going to her for over 8 years and I always come away loving my refreshed blonde and feeling looked after by the attentive and friendly staff.
