This Post office should be stripped of their ability to hold a franchise. They wont deliver a box of wine, say its too heavy. They wont even attempt delivery, just send it straight to the Montville LPO. Need a bag of dog food delivered..... Nope, to heavy, collect it from the GPO! I can see from the other reviews I am not the first to have issues with this Australia Post Office. . Aus Post management need to do something about these rogue post offices not complying with their own terms and conditions. This is damaging Australia Posts reputation.

I received a message On Monday telling me my substantial order was arriving today. The order did not arrive and was taken back to Nambour. I put in a request and was told it takes 10 working days for this question to be asked of them where is the delivery. 10 days? Well I am unable to call nambour to see if my product is there. And no one else from Australia Post can pick up a phone. Now Friday. Told 2 times delivery coming. Both times nothing. No one wants to help. Extended the delivery for the 2nd time and don't even know where it is. Very bad. I want a call today. State manager. Terrible experienceUpset that no one cares or wants to answer me. Where is my package?

Had no problem having paperwork done for ATO with the Staff who served us. Fast and efficient and she was really friendly to us.

I never gave review but my experience at Australia Post on Lowe street warrants one.My parcel has been left at Oxenford since the 17th Sep and now it is Thursday, 2 weeks later, the 1st Oct. Since the parcel is the skin care for eczema from an individial provider on the Gold Coast and I don't feel comfortable to be overlooked for so long. So I pop in the Austrlia Post at the lowe street. Eventually the manager came out to answer my inquiry. If I got it right, her name is Karen in 50s.Wa, what a manager, an eye opener for me to witness a person in a managment role doing a customer service as such. Firstly I was told that everything is normal. No sympathy at all and dont even think about to complain, actually my real intent is to raise a concern and hope the parcel will be get processed quickly. I was treated like a piece of junk, and I wonder who is really a piece of junk here.Acknowledging the fact and solving an issue is essential for customer service. Australia post has delivered many my parcels, sometimes a bit slow but very reliable. No single parcle is like this one and it happened to be my skin care products. Probably no one really looks at the review, but if it is not the case, finger crossed someone could contact me.

For such a large store they don't have a lot of postage items, maybe try carring less junk e.g toys, puzzles, games etc. that i can buy from Big W if i wanted and carry more items related to posting, you are a POST OFFICE after all. I just wanted was a 90c plain post bag (not express or international) just a normal bag that you can get from any other post office but no such luck, wasted my lunch break.

10 days ago my parcel arrived in Burnside sorting facility, which is about 1 km from the delivery address. It was a straight forward light weight average size box. Today it got delivered. I will try and avoid using Australia Post wherever I can from now on.

Incredibly over having my packages taken to the post office after receiving a text message saying it will be left at my house in a safe place. I do not have time to be running around to pick things up. If I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn’t have paid for postage. Or if I received a text saying if nobody was home it would be taken to the post office I would have rushed home when I had the chance.Now I have come in the morning to pick up my item, just to find they’re not open until 9:30 even though their page says 9 and I now have to leave uni early during a very important lab class to make sure I have time to come get my item before I leave for work for the weekend.Literally going to start invoicing for time and petrol at this point. Just LEAVE IT at my door.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever come across. So bad was my experience at this post office a official complaint has been sent to head office.If you hate your job so much leave.Let some younger happier people have your job.
