Such a lovely studio! In the week that I have been a member, I have already tried the Vinyasa Yoga, Reformer and Barre classes and loved every single one. The Reformer and Barre classes provided such a good all over body workout, and the Yoga class was lovely and relaxing. Would highly recommend attending this studio if you are in the area!
