Was on hold, listening to music for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. Had no choice because I needed a Criminal History + Finger Print and had to call for an appointment.Spend 20 mins and hung up last week too.Went there personally, sign says they're closed until further notice due to technical problems.Will keep trying, no other option as I need this for my new employment.I realise that this is not essential service but it's still public service

Seem to only have one number which is usually busy, hard to get into contact besides going onto the city and seeing them

Never reply to the emails and phone line is always busy.

Worst service.SafeNt fees are lot expensive and takes ages to get the certificate/card.Rip off.....

It has taken over 8 weeks just for the delivery of my card.
