if i could give sealy a zero star , i would . paid over 2399$ at david jones ( on special 50 % off )( delivery 110 $ to bring upstairs ) , it collapsed in the middle on my husband side only after 5 months . many calls later ,service is terrible !we are told it's normal sagging ?!finally bought a new one from super a mart made by sleepeezee bedding , its now over 7 months , so far great sleeping .

Sealy have always made quality beds as long as I can remember. I have had back problems, my new mattress is so comfortable. You really get what you pay for. I just found out they even make their own springs in Australia!

I've purchased two Sealy mattresses in the last 12 months. I love the quality of Sealy mattresses! Dealing with the staff and salespeople at Sealy was an absolute pleasure, prices were reasonable and delivery costs very fair. Hard to believe you can still buy a locally manufactured product, from an Australian company that is affordable in this day and age.

We always wanted a Sealy, we finally brought one and paid big money on a good one, never again. Worst investment. They didn't care about us or our issue. Finally after 4yrs of issues we brought another bed. 10yr warranty yeah right.

I’ve had my Sealy ensemble for eight years, up until now I’ve been very happy with it. The mattress has just started to dent on one side. I must say I have had wonderful customer service from Sealy, they couldn’t have done more for me. They will pick up my mattress and send it to the factory for testing and bring it back the same day.

When we moved house last year we needed 5 new mattresses, ranging in size from single to king. The service was fantastic, the prices were great, and the delivery only took a few days. Mattresses are all high quality and are very comfortable. Highly recommend Sealy people and products. I also value the local production and Sealy's unique recycling of the old mattresses.

Worst money ever spent. After two nights the bed sinks in so you're feeling like you're sleeping on a hard bench. All the support in the mattress top goes. (I have a Medium firmness - not hard). I thought it may be my base which was older, so I bought a new bed base but still no difference whatsoever. When I brought up with Sealy I was advised to buy a mattress topper! I had a better sleep with my 10 year old mattress than this and it's only 2 months old. I can't describe how disappointing it is to spend so many thousands of dollars on a mattress, get excited to finally feel comfortable in bed again, and end up with this experience. I strongly recommend trying others - at least with some online retailers you can try and return if it's not right. The quality and the service is appalling at Sealy; they need to at least offer the same service if they hope to continue competing. I will never buy from them again.
