Michael helped us at Focus today. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all and let us browse, then answered our questions when we had them - went above and beyond. Store was nicely presented and easy to navigate.

The staff st Shepparton are so helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed shopping there. Our bedroom suite was delivered and the guys were very helpful with placing boxes the correct way to make it easier to unbox. Very happy their furniture comes built and not flat pack.

We purchased two furniture pieces from Focus in Shepparton - the Leo Bench and Eclipse Dining Table (Still awaiting delivery).The staff were patient when our payment method took a while to process, and gave us a great deal on our dining table.Picked up the bench last week and warehouse staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Store layout was great, we found the dining chairs we were after, and the time between purchase and collection was not long at all! Highly recommend!

Purchased a 9 piece dining suite. Chair legs match table. Once delivered I noticed the chair legs lighter and not matching table. When questioned I was told no that's the correct chair for that table. 5 months later I'm back in the store and the suite I purchased is still on the floor with chairs that matched the table. I questioned this and asked if I could swap my chair legs as they screw into the chair. Told no, would refer me to the manager. I've had no further contact. Staff member told me the legs I want are discontinued however they are still selling as a 9 piece suite. Buyer beware, you may not get what you think you have ordered. Very disappointed.
