Lovely friendly staff! Quick, easy and good price. Did a lovely job of my wedding nails and fixed one a week later that I pulled off myself! Thao there is awesome!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would.Went and got my nails done. Signage said $50 for acrylic set. They tried to put on the tips without any nail bed prep, so I stopped and asked them to do it properly so the nails did not fall off a week later and I chose a simple design. At the end they tried to charge me $80 stating that I had a manicure and specialist design. When i asked for proper nail prep and what I wanted, I was never advise of extra costs. The extra costs were not written anywhere either. They tried to argue with me and make me pay the $80. I only paid the $50 and walked out.You have to advise clearly that certain things will cost extra and that customer has to consent to those charges.This place also only allows cash only on weekends, so I have reported to the ATO, as they clearly are breaking the law.Do not go here! Spend a bit extra at proper salons who disclose all costs and don't tax dodge.

Friendly staff. Great massage chairs. Tons of different options to choose from when you either have a manicure or a pedicure.

I didn’t like the service at all. The girl was in rush, and was trying to just quickly finish her job.No etiquettes how to communicate with Customer.

Had my nails done 5 days ago and all around my nail beds is still sore. Technician was quite rough. Did not take into account my age and obvious arthritis. Previous treatments had been fine.

Bad finishing and shaping plus nail polish was already dry and it doesn’t look smooth after applying many layers.. it looks like heavy paints.. my waste of 55$.

I had a booking here to get my gel nails removed (first visit) & new ones put on... after walking in, I wasn't greeted & I stood in there alone for a while before anyone noticed me.Once I was greeted I chose my nail colours & was sat down at a table.I had one lady start the removal process with the acetone, didn't speak, just acted out where I had to put my hands.Then she got pulled off of my nails to do nails for someone else, so I was left sitting there with my fingers in acetone for about 10 minutes. Another worker comes over to me to keep going on them, same thing happened again & finally a 3rd lady came over & continued.I got to the point that this had take 45 minutes to get my old nails off that I told the 3rd lady I wanted shellac.All I wanted to go was get out of the place.I had left my baby with someone for what I thought was going to be 1 hour as I was told when I booked my appointment.Poor service & 45 minutes to get the old nails off? What a joke.I would AVOID this place like the plague!!

I would not recommend this place. Technician burnt fingers very unfriendly. Had nails done and the next day the nail fell off. Went back in to get it fixed and they super glued it. Not a good experience.

I’ve had acrylic nails many times I couldn’t fault the lovely staff and their skills will definitely use again.

First time to have my nails done I am 61 years old. , great job they look great. Thank you I am so happy.
