Explore & Develop Parramatta - Early Learning Centre

Visited so many daycare centres but as soon as I walked into Explore & Develop Parramatta I saw (and felt!) the difference. The centre looked beautiful and clean and the educators and kids were all so happy and welcoming. Love how much time and effort they put towards creating this amazing environment and also love the focus on education and learning. My son is always so happy to go and makes my life so much easier knowing how much he loves it and how comfortable he is there.

This daycare is the BEST! My 4 year old has just finished there and starting school. She will be the youngest in her year but I have no concerns due to the amazing early learning program they have here. Its a caring environment and all the staff make efforts to do new activities and re-create different areas in the rooms to keep the children interested. They have been fabulous and so pleased to have enrolled my youngest at 6 months of age to start there too. Irene, the owner of the centre, is just wonderful and so helpful! As are all the staff there. Been a very happy parent for the last 3 and a half years and looking forward to another 4 years with the youngest! Enrol your kids here, you wont regret it!

We have had our grandchildren attending E&D for over 5 years now. The children's environments in all rooms are always beautiful and inviting. The Centre is well looked after, not to mention the abundance of toys and educational resources for our children. Love how much time and effort they put towards creating this amazing environment and also love the focus on education and learning.Thank you Irene and your wonderful dedicated team of educators.

This is a terrible service. I sent my daughter to this service for a few months. I would not recommend and would give 0 starts if I could. They punished my daughter for being chased by other boys in the service who were playing kiss and catch. When I spoke to them they denied any of this happening. My daughter was placed in the younger children’s room in order to be punished. She did not want to participate in the kiss and catch game and they educator dealt with this situation extremely poorly.

We have had our daughters attending Explore and Develop Parramatta for over four years now. I toured all the centres in the area before choosing E&D and it was an absolute stand out. The staff are loving, nurturing, kind and genuinely care for my girls. I leave them each day knowing that they are going to have fun, learn lots and be well looked after. It is not easy to leave your babies with 'strangers' while they are so young, but Miss Irene and her fantastic team of educators made the transition so much easier than I expected. My girls actually cry now when they have to come home. They love their educators and talk about them daily. They have become part of our extended family.My eldest is about to start primary school and has been so well prepared by Miss Rachel and Miss Stephanie. She is confident, social and has completed a school readiness program that has ensured she knows her letters and numbers before she even starts school. It is amazing. One of my youngest daughter's first words was Miss Sam, her wonderful educator in the babies room.I can not thank the team at Explore and Develop Parramatta enough for all that they have done for my girls. As a teacher myself, I am so impressed with all that they have to offer. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre and highly recommend it to anyone who needs care for their children in the area.

The best daycare. All the kids and educators are smiling and having fun from drop off to pickup in the afternoon. My son loves it and wouldn’t send him anywhere else! The most amazing team at explore and develop Parra!

My daughter started here since this January. she is a very shy girl and has quite bad sepetation anxiety in her previous day care. She settles within three weeks here, has created trusted relationship with educators and other kids. It is very impressive for us to see she is enjoying in childcare everyday. The educators are very professional and showing lots of love to kids. Kids are also able to learn a lot of things here, especially good manner and positive behaviors. It is super important and save parents' lives. To choose a good trusted childcare is hard and this one is highly recommended : )

My son has been attending E&D for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, centre and amazing educators! My son absolutely loves every single educator and the lovely ladies in the Bilby's room always take such wonderful care of him. Thank you all for the wonderful work that you do!
